Step 2 is about patterns. You will need a cardboard (or just plain white paper) where to draw patterns on. You can create your own patterns. I usually modify them on and on until I have the right ones. Make sure to draw a head, an arm + hand, a torso, a leg + foot and the sole of the foot. These are basic but, depending on your skills, you may improve your patterns to make a more elaborated plushie.
any chance you can link to to a basic outline of the shapes? maybe a scanned drawing so i can print?
I have basically no talent with craft, and I'm trying to make my friend a sonny moore doll for christmas .
if you could link, I would be very very very thankful. C:
Gee.. I'm very sorry I cannot be helpful.. I have no scanner Hey, but creating basic patterns is quite simple. Actually, creating your own patterns will make you feel prouder of the whole plushie, think about it!
This looks neat! I'm planning to make a Sceptile or Grovyle plush, And it's gonna be my first time sewing a plushie..I probably won't get it right, but maybe my mom can teach me...

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
